To create an account, get your plan agreement number and click the Consumer Portal Access button below. Choose Sign Up, fill out the form, and a verification email will be sent to you, giving access to our portal.

To expedite the process, you will be asked to fill out a service request form and submit photos. This will identify what was damaged, the extent of the damage, when the incident occurred, and will help us determine the best way to move forward with your claim.
