Traditional Pooled Risk
This is the industry standard underwritten protection plan structure. This structure is ideal for most retailers with very good price stability and no downside risk or administrative burden.
Captive/Reinsurance
All claims reserves and underwriting profit are owned by the reinsurance company. Understand and use underwriting data to manage costs and program profitability.
Self-Insured
All claims reserves and underwriting profit are owned by the obligor company and all cash reserves are under the obligor’s control. Understand and use underwriting data to manage costs and program profitability.

We will work directly with the consumer to determine the best course of action on the claim prior to incurring any out-of-pocket expense.
Our team will manage and assign qualified professional technicians to service claims for your consumers.
We will order parts from manufacturers, ship directly to the consumer whenever possible and provide technician services to install if required.
When exchange or replacement of merchandise is required, we will work with you and the consumer to resolve the claim.
